Welcome to our website. Drivewell Driving School and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

BOOKING A LESSON IS BUYING A LESSON

You agree that you are responsible for all lessons booked using your username and that these lessons will be paid for in full at the time the lesson is set to begin. Drivewell driving school reserves the right to apply a cancelation fee and will do so at its own descretion. Generally 48hrs notice is required to waiver this fee.

ELECTRONIC SECURITY

Yow agree not to hack, deface or otherwise prevent users access to this website. You agree not to access to other users accounts. You agree that we may disclose your information and activities in the event of system abuse to the relative athorities.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Drivewell Driving School or to products you purchase through Drivewell Driving School shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Queensland, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Drivewell Driving Schools intellectual property rights, Drivewell Driving School may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Queensland, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Australian Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
